TERM AND TERMINATION:

The Referral Service Agreement will become effective on the Effective Date and will remain in effect for one (1) year following the Effective Date. It will automatically renew for successive one-year periods until terminated by either Party as described in this section. Lemlist Referral Agent/Broker may terminate the Agreement, with or without cause, by providing written or emailed notice of termination to the other party at least thirty (30) days prior to the termination date. EFFECT OF TERMINATION:

Termination of the Referral Agreement by either party will not affect any compensation, credits, discounts, or other amounts owed or payable, or that are later earned as a result of a Referral Acceptance by the Broker prior to the termination of this Agreement. See our Cancellation Policy.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL:

We’ll renew your yearly plan using payment details on file. Payment happens around the Renewal Date. Plan continues until you cancel, and payment is charged.

Renewal Processing and Notice – Lemlist Referral

If renewal payment fails, we try for up to 180 days per our renewal practices. No prior notices before annual renewal payment unless required by law.

Updating Payment Info – Account Updater – Lemlist Referral

For seamless service, we may update your expired credit/debit card info for billing, using a third-party service (Account Updater). By registering and receiving a Plan, you agree to this. Your consent is solely for the Account Updater service and related use by a third party. Learn more in our Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Canceling your Plan:

Your membership is effective from the signup date and will remain in effect until terminated by either Party as described in this section. Lemlist Referral Member may terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, by providing thirty (30) days prior written or emailed notice of termination to the other party. To process the cancellation, Agent/Broker must complete the cancellation form in its entirety and submit it to Lemlist Referral. A cancellation confirmation number will be provided to confirm the cancellation.

Cancellation Process:

To cancel the referral service agreement, complete the “service cancellation form” in its entirety and submit it to the Lemlist Referral Via email at info@lemlistreferral.com.
